Sudhanshu Priyadarshi is Director of Mergers and Acquisitions at PepsiCo. Sudhanshu works on PepsiCo’s Mergers, Acquisitions, and Alliance activities for Asia, Europe, Middle East and Africa. Prior to this role Sudhanshu was part of the Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis group where he was responsible for managing Capital Expenditures and Cash Flow Management Processes and Controls across all divisions.

Sudhanshu joined PepsiCo International’s Australian Head Quarter in Sydney in 1999 then moved to the Frito Lay North American Head Quarter in Dallas in 2001. Since joining the company, Sudhanshu has worked in Business Integration, Strategy & Planning, Customer Development, Sales Finance, Pricing and Go to Market Strategy area of PepsiCo’s domestic and international division. He has a broad range of business experience with a variety of industries, including banking, retail and consumer goods.

Sudhanshu is an active member of The American India Foundation (AIF). AIF is a leading international development organization charged with the mission of accelerating social and economic change in India. He also serves as a member of Board of Directors and Leadership council of Bioethics International a New York based organization. Bioethics International (BEI) empowers professionals and organizations in healthcare, life science and biotechnology to make responsible decisions - the key to improving the quality of healthcare, organizations, the environment and lives.

A native of Bihar, India, Sudhanshu holds an M.B.A. from University of Technology, Sydney, Australia. Sudhanshu and his wife, Anu, live in White Plains, New York.
